Frankly thought, I never I imagine myself to enroll to any fitness event example Viper Challenge . Yes, I used to be adrenaline junkie- but after gained weight (up to obesity level). I prefer to attend blogosphere event and mix up with others. Eat, movie, review all things matter in blogosphere. Sampailah, aku mendaki Broga and decide – J yes this is the time to change my lifestyle. I hope this post can inspire people out there who like me that want to develop a new hobby and losing weight with healthy lifestyle . Losing weight is easy, but to maintain it – that’s challenge.

Should we do training for Viper ?
Yes, with right training you prevent yourself from getting injured.
Someone from Viper Elite told me “ If you don’t want to get injured then get Fit”. It proven from my previously viper. I got lots of bruise at my arm and leg part compared to second viper and I get easily recovery . Furthermore , training with team mate develop strong team bonding with each team.

What training should I focus on Viper?
Honestly , no comment. I still beginner in this field. What I can said – focus on stamina ,core and upper body. Run 10K and more is helping to develop stamina and endurance. But the important thing for overall is watch your diet. Your diet will affect your performance.
Next Project for Viper?
I want to develop upper body ,core and leg and also butt J. I just get my stamina (after training 8 months)
