Kereta part 1

Kesian bebeh, itu nama timangan kereta aku. Biasanya nama timangan kereta ni perempuan selalu beri. Cerita dia macam ni, lama dah bebeh ni tersadai atas ketakutan aku sendiri. Aku predict mungkin aku kena tukar fan belt berdasarkan jauh perjalanan dia dah mencecah 111K . ( Dah jimat dah pakai kat situ)

Oleh kerana ketakutan macam ada alien dekat dalam enjin aku, aku switch pakai kereta lain , kereta papa kasi kat mama, tapi aku pakai buat macam harta sendiri mih mih mih.Sampailah bateri kereta bebeh KO, lagilah aku takut, dia ibarat kau sayang benda tu tapi kau takut nak godeh-godeh dia. Kesian bebeh aku tinggal dia macam tu.Sampailah adik aku dah habis SPM lepas tu sampailah dia dah pas Ujian memandu.

One day, aku bawa kereta family aku macam biasa.

Budget Service kereta  Myvi paling murah

Tapi bila fikir balik pro and cons aku stick dengan bebeh. Pernah dengar tak rumor kalau kita nak tukar kereta lain , nanti kereta kita merajuk. Sekarang ni bebeh dengan merajuk dengan aku. Sebab lagi satu aku asyik fokus dekat kereta lain bukan dekat bebeh. Hari ni aku pujuk dia. Sebelum aku hantar service, aku pergi usap dia cakap sorry. Dah macam dalam Cerita Herbie pula dah. Takut karang tak pujuk lagi dia banyak meragam. (urban legand mungkin kebetulan)

So aku service secara peringkat untuk budget kereta paling murah. Gila nak buat serentak...aku baru tahu roadtax aku habis bulan ni. Haissh ingat bulan 5.

Kereta Part 3 : Aku akan tukar absorber depan sebab belakang baru tukar last year. Lagi pun mounting absorber depan tu memang dah out.

2) Harga Break pad Myvi 1 set  = RM95

3)  Harga Anti Freeze Coolant 1 liter (couteam kalau aku beli ni dia tolong cuci air karat dekat radiator heat aku) = RM40

4)Harga Second tayar Myvi brand Goodyear aku tukar semua = RM240 ( satu tayar RM60) so tubeless valve mestilah free

5) Harga Aligment Myvi  = RM15

6) Harga Fan motor Myvi---> radiator aku punya kipas tu, rupanya bukan fan belt sebab dia cakap fan belt aku = RM280

7) AKu tukar Bateri ( terus pakai bateri kering , sebab perempuan ni ada sifat pemalas nak pergi check) = RM220

8) Upah pasang bateri kering kat rumah, kalau bateri basah insayallah boleh buat sendiri tapi cuak-cuak juga dia punya elekterik tu tapi lagi satu pasal dah tersadai lama aku rasa better serahkan kepada yang pakar .  service  upah pekerja kat luar RM30

9) Duit kopi , aku kasi mekanik tu RM20. (total up sebenarnya dia dapat RM50)

Service kereta ni telah dibuat di : Idola Jaya Sdn Bhd, 1, Jalan Dwi Tasik, Dataran Dwi Tasik, Bandar Sri Permaisuri Kuala Lumpur (sebelah kedai Papa Rich)

Checking Berkala

Tapi memang aku jadikan habit untuk check kereta aku 2 minggu sekali. Siap buat reminder dekat dalam Kalendar telefon. Sebab kalau buat macam ni dia betul-betul helpful. Aku akan check 2 minggu sekali dari segi :

1) Check air radiator dengan bateri ( sebab aku pakai bateri kering, aku kena tengok dia tukar warna . One thing bateri kering ni apa aku faham kita kena beware dengan kilat) selalunya pagi-pagi sebelum gerak pergi kerja buat reminder.

2) checking tayar kereta punya angin. Yelah one thing kalau pakai second hand kita kena rajin tengok bunga tayar.

Last kali bawa Si bebeh Myvi ni pergi mandi . Basuh pakai chemical . Tak yah polish. Polish aku buat setahun sekali. Itu pun time raya. Gitu nak bling-bling katanya.

Korean Spicy Beef Yang Paling senang

Gilallah memang senang.

Korean Spicy Beef Stir-fry yang paling senang!

Bahan-bahan ( untuk  1 orang makan)

Maggi Korean Spicy Beef Braised 1 paket ( kalau lapar pakai dua paket )
2 keping daging burger Ramli ( sukahati nak kerat macam mana)
4 ulas bawang merah kecil (Mayang)
1 halia (saiz tengah ibu jari - cincang)
2-3 bawang putih  (ketuk dan cincang)
1/2 capsicum hijau
sedikit daun bawang (kerat halus-halus)
1-2 sudu besar cili boh
1 sudu besar serbuk cili
paprika ( agak-agak nak letak berapa banyak sebab aku pakai paprika mccormick )
2 sudu besar gula merah

  1. bawang merah
  2. bawah putih
  3. hali
  4. capsicum
  5. daun bawang
  6. cili padi

Lepas tu tambah lagi ni dekat atas daging tu ( yang ni crucial, sebab nilah pemangkin spicy dia)
  1. cili boh
  2. serbuk cili
  3. paprika
  4. gula merah
  5. garam
  6. minyak ( tapi disebabkan aku pakai burger , minyak letak sikit je sebab burger dah ada minyak dia sendiri)

Lepas dah letak semua ni , pasang api (kalau first time masak dish ni pakai api sedang) macam aku aku pakai api besar terus. Pakai sudip kayu gaul rata semua bahan-bahan. Ratakan.

Gaul sampai dah masak dan garing macam ni. Kalau tak pakai burger dia lama sikit. So korang boleh prepare maggi Korean Spicy Beef. Sekali sekala kacau. Kalau macam burger cepat je dia dah masak. Asalkan bahan-bahan tadi dah masuk serap dalam burger.

Maggi Korean Spicy Beef Braised

alah senang je  macam maggi biasa. Tapi aku renehkan recah dia dulu pasal aku masukan jagung.

Dah siap! senangkan ? So tengah-tengah bulan kalau mengidam makanan Korean yang mahal tu. Kita boleh masak macam ni dekat rumah mahupun hostel ( kalau hostel kasi masaklah, kalau tak curi-curi bawa periuk nasi dan masak dalam periuk nasi bahahahahahaha)

ok, aku nak buat review sikit pasal Maggi Korean Spicy Beef, so far banyak-banyak aku rasa maggi mee . Yang ni antara paling best. Jangan nanti dah famous Kau pergi tukar dan kurangkan budget . Apa yang ada sekarang ni memang awesome!!!!!!! Tapi siapa tak geti makan Korean Spicy Beef dia akan rasa pelik. Apa aku boleh kata lebih kurang sama macam Bulgogi sikit Korean Spicy Beef soup dia. Mee dia pun tak macam mee maggie biasa, mee dia memang dia makan mee ramen kan kan ? sebab aku tak terasa sangat kapur dia. Dan mee dia sedap memang tak macam mee maggi biasa (lagi sekali aku ulang)

eheeheh selamat mencuba.

Nota kaki : ok ni semua salah blogger bernama Sally , hari tu konah pergi blogwalking blog dia. Sikit-sikit korean recipe. Dashyat minah , pengaruh kuat sangat. Ini semua salah Sally!!! aahahahah

Exercise Your Brain

How many of us workout for our brain ? Did our brain need to be workout? The reason why we should stimulate our brain because :

  • Protect us to become " keyboard warrior"
  • Be more positive
  • Stimulate our "common-sense" level
You may think if you work in office, you have good workout brain but is doesn't enough.

The more you watch , the more you should read  - You should read to generate ideas. When you start question from what you read you will start digging information and start doing you own research. Example you see fellow of your Muslim friend eating at Chinese restaurant  from social media update. You start jump conclusion that your friend did not tentative enough about Halal. However if you kind of "read" more . Your willing to explore and do some research from search engine and find out that restaurant owned by Chinese Muslim. Got my point?

silence  -  While in office or  house cleaning even do something. Once a while avoid to switch on TV or music. The ideas is when there are no sound from TV or music - our heart will not pump aggressively.  During silence out brain start thinking , that will help our brain to start the engine. When we looked back our prophet , Prophet Muhamaad  isolated himself at Hira Cave to rethink and learn about Islam. He receive his first revelation  from Allah  through angel Jebril at Hira.

Workout physically  -  When you pump your heart, your blood will carry oxygen and it will good for your blood circulation.  If you notice active people ,speak loud with action because they have lot of energy and stamina to think a lot. (Just simple workout  do push-up and sit up every morning after wake up)

Learn Logic and apply to your life - Use your knowledge  ,try to apply in your life. Example practising math by applying how many discount will deducted from you shopping.

Restaurant Sunfish, Batu Caves

Prologue : Orang kata kalau best kena share-share

Time to reveal,  Restaurant Sunfish is one of my secret hideout where they serving up my comfort  food.  My comfort foods are Chinese cuisine (especially dim sum) ,sushi ,chocolate & cakes . Here at Restaurant Sunfish they serve you Halal authentic  Chinese food.

Here they don't have Dim sum and their speciality are noodles . Anything in here is fresh and mostly home-made.

Below is menu that offered by Sunfish ( you can click the picture to see clearly the image)

Dried Wanton Noodles

I can't resist the lure of this dish . If you looking best dried Wanton  noodles  in KL/  Sunfish is one of the best in humble Chinese restaurant in KL. Their noodles is chewy and cooked perfectly . Tak lembik atau terlebih masak. This dish will serve with wanton soup togehter with fried fu chuk.

Fried Glass Noodles

Beside Dried Wanton Noodles , Fried glass noodles always the best one. Fried together with fish cake ,vegetable and shrimp you can taste it nicely when it reach at your buds. "taugeh" will give you crunchy effect when it reach inside your mouth.. Cooked  with oyster sauce ,what I can say orchestra inside your mouth. But it not spicy but you can eat with "cili potong" or "lada jeruk" That one will give you  superb sensational. (Maybe I'm too dramatic)

Fried Dumpling

Fried Wanton

Both side dish also my favourite. Either eat as starter or after main course. Crispy outside and soft inside . There fish cake inside them. Nice to eat them while still hot.

However they operation only during office hour if I'm not mistaken between 8am till 5pm, and for weekend they only open on saturday.  Again, If you wondering can muslim it there? Don't be suprise most of their customers are malay & muslim. Insayallah Halal. Sunfish location quite secluded. You can't even notice this restaurant because it located near to workshop.

Resipi Sambal Udang Paling Senang

( Masakan tanpa belacan)

Bahan- bahan A
8 biji bawang merah kecil  ( kalau nak sambal lebih pakai bawang lebih sikit)
Halia separuh besar daripada ibu jari

Bahan- Bahan B

Asam jawa (Asam jawa xtra tanpa biji brand adabi) 1 sudu besar
1 sudu kecil gula (sebenarnya bergantung kepada rasa kalau pedas sangat tambahlah lagi)
secubit garam
Udang merah 10 ekor

Cara masak

Kacau sekali sekala.

Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu Melaka Waktu Siang

During our way to KL, we drop by at Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu for taste bud seafood. Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu located in the fishing village Umbai Malacca. It easily navigate by using  apps waze from your phone . This  Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu only happening  at late evening to nighttime . We also can consider this area as nightlife  Malacca for the local. However during  a day (weekdays) , there are few stalls open and operated.

Generally we have our seafood hunter during late evening. From  KL to Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu we will move after late Asar and will reach before Azan maghrib. This is our first time experience to have our lunch at Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu.

After choose our seafood and waiting to be served. I take a walk. Medan Ikan Bakar Pernu Melaka actual situated at estuary. You can smell salty water when you walk near to the edge. At day, you can see clearly mini mangroves at this area. A few birds flew at mangroves . I take my own sweet time enjoy the scenery and grateful to Allah for this beautiful creation that Allah created for us.

Finally , our seafood arrive. We order chili crab , cornflake butter prawn , chili mussel , deep fry squid ,Stim fish , kangkung and last and not less we has been served with nasi lemak melaka. Traditionally seafood at Malacca will be served and eat with nasi lemak.  Gravy chili Nasi lemak Melaka more spicy compare to other country and they serve in small portion. But you can eat more if you want.We choose Stall Kedai Mesra Ayahanda because of his friendly grate us. ( same as the name).

We enjoy our moment here because we are one of their first customer on that day. Usually, at evening there are lots of customer and we need to more patient to wait and sometimes the food might be not presentable.  But syukur during our visit, all the seafood cooked perfectly and delight especially prawn. As we know, prawn easily get overcooked. But they cooked perfectly compare to the famous kedai Parameswara.Seafood at Malacca more cheaper than KL . Compare to common restaurant in KL we generally be charged for RM120++ for 3 kinds of variety food. But here with 7 kind of variety food RM120++ all of it includ with drink. Cheap is it? If you interested to come here during weekend the operation hour start at 11 am till midnight.
