Session one ?. Ya Allah, I'm struggling a lot and more focus in this time. I manage to discipline myself by following all meals diet Military diet. I start on 27 October 2015 and last on 29 October 2015.

What I said about Military diet : This diet is pretty tough for beginner unless if you're discipline . Most cheaper diet I ever experience and the food is easy to find except grapefruit. I lose 1 kg in 3 days . I need to strong sprit and mental. My obstacle is environment surrounded me . (People often tease us when we seriously in diet mood…)
Result : Lost 1 kg in 3 days and excited to write down in my blog. I need to wait for another 4 days to know the result.

After Military Diet Session 1
Action plan : I already set the date for next session. In November 2015 there will be 4 session and end of November I would like to target my weight will be around 75kg
This is my action plan for November 2015
So I will have 4 day off from Military diet and will continued next week Tuesday. This is what I'm afraid off. During this 4 days, I might consume back my old weight. Today is my first day off , I stay clean and kick off my day with smoothie and for lunch I cooked fry mix veggie and shredded with chicken breast. Here recipe banana peanut butter
Breakfast 1st Day off : Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe ( my own way version) - 300 calories
1 banana (cut into chunk)
2 tablespoon of gula Melaka
2 cups of milk
1 scoop chocolate ice cream (actually I just notice there are not ice cube in my refrigerator so I substituted with one scoop ice cream)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt (optional)
Peanut butter in blended
Gula Melaka as flavour
Blended and this is your breakfast. Smooth and you gonna love it. Dan sangat mengenyangkan serta energy sampailah pukul 1 , taka da pun layu-layu. I hope this recipe can give some idea to you for your breakfast. Eat clean and stay healthy peeps.
