Demam Denggi , Demam yang senyap tapi bisa


Sup ketam adalah penawar denggi( tapi macam peliklah apakah kelebihan dia untuk merawat denggi). Keberkesanan aku tak sangsi lepas buat sup ketam dan berikan kepada pesakit denggi tempoh hari. Aku tahu Denggi tu bahaya. Tapi bila dah terkena secara live, baru tahu macam bahaya yang diwar-warkanPetanda awal sakit denggi : salah satunya bila badan ada bintik-bintik merah macam alergik. Rupanya bukan alergik tapi tu adalah kesan reaksi badan antibodi menolak virus denggi.Lepas dah timbul bintik-bintik. Selalunya pesakit selalunya cergas dan sihat dalam tempoh seminggu-kedua minggu. Macam susahnya nak bercerita. Kita buat kronologi





Minggu 1
bintik-bintik merah seperti allergic akan timbul.
Masa ni kebanyakan kita akan rasa allergic even jumpa doktor pun akan cakap alergik.
Timbul di bahagian belakang lengan dan minggu kedua akan timbul di kaki (kadang-kadang macam mengerutu)


Minggu 2
Gatal-gatal bintik merah mula susut(Tapi tetap nampak macam gigit semut).
Pesakit  aktif dalam minggu kedua-dua.
Tiada penampakan macam nak demam.
Tapi badan mula tak sedap (contohnya tekak panas seperti ada tonsil)


Minggu 3
Mula start demam,demam seperti demam biasa (Cuma pattern demam macam pelik. Selalu kalau orang dia demam, kebah akan demam petang)
hati demam tu nak datang balik. (Memang intermittent sekejap demam sekejap tak demam).
Sekali demam, suhu mencanak-canak (bila kebah normal).
Bila dah kebah- badan akan lesu sangat
Demam berlarut hingga 4 hari ke atas.



Tanda-tanda Kemungkinan Deman Denggi :

O.Tanda- tanda ruam panas pada bahagian lengan dan kaki, badan sendi sakit.
O.Muntah sebab selera makan hilang.
O.Sometimes akan muntah hingga badan dah boleh nak muntahkan apa-apa.
O.Belakang bola mata sakit. This are dengue


Pengalaman
Lepas tu I terus bawa pesakit ke Hospital untuk  checking. Masa bawa tu - tanda-tanda ruam panas tu memang tak wujud langsung. Masukkan pesakit ke hospital atas alasan  pesakit dah tak leh makan (Setiap kali makan semua makanan akan muntah termasuk air,something wrong somewhere malam ketiga asyik berulang terus bawa masuk ER). Lepas tu bawa masuk ER for further checking masuklah drip pasal condition pesakit pada tu adalah tahap dehydration tahap kritikal (Sebab tang tu, bila I cubit kulit pesakit memang kering).

Sekali masuk drip, barulah ternampak akan penampakan ruam ruam tompok merah. Automatically, I terus dah tau keputusan dia : denggi (macam aku pula doctor bertaliauh masa tu). Even Doctor ER nampak terus kata dekat nurse " please do blood test and confirm it ASAP".

Lepas tu, tu jam 9 pagi keesokan harinya, terus dapat blood test result. Doktor kata palette dah start jatuh( dan akan jatuh pada hari berikutnya). Nasib baik datang awal, masa memang patlet tengah nak jatuh. Sebab setengah kes- memang tak leh detect yang tu tinggi. Doktor pun cakap demam biasa. Manakala some cases, terhantar lambat –palette turun jatuh kaw-kaw sampai masuk ICU. Kalau uools tertanya kenapa bahaya? Because of this…sebab susah nak determine virus denggi. Did you know that denggi ni takde vaksin? Yup. Once dah masuk dalam badan dia akan stay 6 months and above. So untuk baik/ survive- badan pesakit kena masuk air banyak. Untuk bina semula sel-sel palette tu pesakit kena makan dan minum ( Cuma mereka sangat struggle untuk makan )














So masa palette telah kejatuhan, I uolls memang panik. Sebab pesakit demam bawah jagaan mak uools. Ramai rata-rata nasihat suruh masak sup ketam (especially Kak yani).  Tapi masa ulang aling ke hospital memang tak menang tangan nak masak. Ramai yang datang melawat dan ada yang bawa air untuk penawar antaranya :

1. Jus Betik

2. 100 plus (kena goncang-goncang buang gas dia) tapi tak galak sangat minum banyak

3. Guava pink

LAST KALI bila free baru dapat masak sup ketam




Cara nak paksa Pesakit Denggi minum

(Tekak pesakit denggi memang payau dan kelat. Tapi terpaksa force dorang makan dan minum,sambil tu kasilah kata peransang biar pesakit ada will power untuk fight)

1. make sure 1 jam satu cawan dia minum
2. Jus betik , dorang punya badan memang reject. Kasi sikit sikit kena minum lepas tu sulam dengan guava pink
3. After a few minutes baru kasi air kosong

(kolo boleh repeat 2-3 jam lepas tu , especially lepas dorang masuk toilet untuk kencing. Tapi lepas makan jangan buat benda ni biar makanan tu digest bebetul baru ok)

4. Kalau boleh kasi sup ketam awal sikit, biar pallet naik cepat. Sebab terlampau bz. Sempat kasi Pesakit after discharge. Walaupun dah discharge badan pesakit still dalam condition yang lemah dan demam pun dah hilang betul-betul.

Mulut manis ( personal of view)






The claw exist in us and not from sweet talker (BECAUSE WE'RE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO PROTECT OURSELF). Commonly, people are blaming sweet talker instead themselves. Don't give me wrong. I'm one of the victim of sweet talker ( a few times BEFORE  this- much more worst I lost my money and humiliate myself). Till one day , I get up –enough is enough. Sometime We're feel like loser? Betul tak ? That's damage that will receive if we're fall with Sweet talker. This article is only my personal of view on this issue.  Might be this article to feminist because I’m feminism.  


1.Shield yourself baby- or in other word "jual mahal" sikit. Jual mahal doesn't mean Kita tak laku ( even we’re single and desperate to get love). I’ve conversation with my friend that can be consider sweet talker. Their words "senang dapat beb", ""petik je , dia datang", "murah sangat". Niat kita baik but we're too innocent , decent and na├»ve ,sometimes we're tried to please everybody. We're not their toys. Be classy and picky ( Is not easy to reject them , I know. I been there babe!) . If you cair beb, is not them fault remember….. Is you…you not strong enough.


2. Get up and get your life and love yourself first - Motivate yourself to be better person. Your life should be meaningful and always think about your future. Cherish with activities that able change your life. Sweet talker is person who are confused with their life and didn’t know what they want. Maybe…maybe when you focusing in your life more and more love about yourself-you might attract them to get serious with you.  Life is short baby! Don’t waste your time . Jangan nanti dah tua kerepot  menyesal. Just remind yourself, you did try(bukan tak try langsung pun). But they reject you and they will miss great thing about you baby.

3. Never do investment unless  you truly sincere -  Never waste your money and time. Generally sweet talker like to play a game. They want us to show more effort compare to them( sebab tu kita rasa dorang ni ambil kesempatan atas, sebenarnya they’re afraid to commit because they don’t want to take a risk ).  In case anything happen, you wouldn't not feel regret and be wise. Don’t be stupid and play game “ best women win”. There are no such thing. Don’t put your level same with them.









4. Be positive – read positive quote, post positive quote, talk positive thing and stay away from any negative thing. Because in this situation you will feel ashamed, lonely and frustrated. Macam dipermainkan. Take it as your experience and teach us to be a better person. Good people only for good things. So ada baiknya they’re not into us.


5. Be independent and strong – Sweet talker scared to surrounded independent and strong person, because we know what we want. While them? Still struggle to find what is life.


6. Never show your book – make your life secretive and privacy (not recommend to share your problem to them). Sweet talker is good manipulator. They might show their book first when they’re unable to read your book. Once they know your book, they will play the game. Remember problem is one advantage to them.

7. Forgive and forget - That’s classy feature ( is not easy I know. If you still want revenge – change your body. Hot body always best revenge: this is for your own good. Do it because of you not because of them) . World is round, don’t worry baby, they will received their payment later on.

Jeti Pak Harun , Tanjung Harapan







Fishing is not my thing. But since My zodiac rule under "cancer". Anything relate to water become my thing *emoji senyum yang macam nak menangis or should I said sengih*. I been here to jetty Tanjung Harapan for second time. I do some read from net : This Jetty also known as " Jeti Pak Harun" . It located nearby Medan Selara Ikan Bakar Klang.Last two years, one fishing rod been charge for RM5.Currently , one fishing rod been charge for RM8. Some said : the time limit up to 8 hours. However , we've spent more than 8 hours.  Ikut nasib untung kaulah labu.Here at Jetty Pak Harun , their Fishing lover/guess  are warm and friendly peoples.

As beginner, if you don't know about fishing. I would like to suggest this place. I easily bring my friends rod  without feel shame and ask one of them to teach us how to tight the rod properly. *ngeh*.  I don't how to pronounce what type fish/catch you can get at Jeti Pak Harun Tanjung Harapan in English :

Jenis ikan yang mudah didapati di Jeti Pak Harun, bergantung kepada nasib dan hanyir joran korang. From my personal observation :

1. Ketam

2. Senangin

3. Kerabu

4. Gelama

5. Pari

6. Buntal

and sesirat :) (sea snake) . Bait that my friend use on that day was "dead prawn". Makin hanyir , makin bagus. But compare to expert or should I called abang otai Jeti Tanjung Harapan. They like to use alive bait.  One day, aku nak belanja kawan aku and my partner guna umpan hidup. I want them to experiment by themselves cause otai-otai sana bila guna umpan hidup - they able  to have " jackpot" like ikan senangin.


















Tips to Jeti Pak Harun, Tanjung Harapan

1.Kena buat homework , bila air pasang. Sebab Air pasang ada ikan

2. kena baca ramalan cuaca. Kalau jenis redah .Standby poncho pakai buang. Kalau koboi. Tak payah bawa macam I .

3. Hati hati melangkah tempat tu macam nampak lubang. Berhati untuk pijak tapi jangan risau dia kukuh.

4.Masa tinggalkan kereta. Pasti kunci dan secure kereta. Sebab kalau malam tempat tu sangat gelap.

5. Bawa makanan, minuman dan makanan ringan. Pak cik Harun tu ada jual air dengan makanan goreng (macam maggie goreng dan mee goreng)

6.Kalau kita jenis peneman si pemancing bawalah bacaan buku cerita

7.Pakai pakaian selesa dan tak yahlah lawa sangat. Pakai selipar lagi bagus

8. Sunset sini cantik

9. Bawa batu lebih, sebab kawasan ni selalu tersangkut dan batu hilang 6 batu tak cukup. Khabarnya depan tu ada bot karam.

10. Umpan kena lebih dan hanyir. Pakai umpan hidup , kebarangkalian boleh dapat ikan dengan senang.

11. Telefon jaga-jaga , kot kot tercampak celah-celah lubang

12. Tempat solat ada disediakan.

Tips for Viper Challenge Arena

Helllo and assalam everyone!

I need to admit, after I’m enroll myself to become more discipline in workout routine. My life is totally super busy and become meaningful *lol*. Suddenly, I’m become “kamikaze” to participate in Viper Challenge Arena 2016. Gila kan ? This crazy plan happen because I’m totally damage heartbroken with someone.  Like people said, when you heartbroken : You tend to do crazy things.


It took 50 days to prepare myself for this challenge furthermore this event can be consider as my first time fitness challenge. To whom that never enter to Viper or any obstacle challenge (adik beradik dia macam Spartan , mad warrior , Ironman etc)  50 days is not enough unless you fully focus in your training. Padahal Viper Challenge 2016 ni : 7KM 20 Obstacle ( For me is big deal because I’m beginner)







Before Viper Challenge :
Perlu diingatkan, Viper arena and Viper challenge yang lain adalah berbeza situasi dia. Tips ini adalah berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri terutamanya untuk beginner yang baru participate. Rasanya kalau otai tak payah kot baca blog ni *lol*


1. Benda paling penting adalah persedian daripada stamina. You need to build your stamina from workout to diet food. ( How to build stamina for beginner)

2. Training workout routine adalah paling penting (crucial) adalah upper body.  Paling basic yang wajib korang buat adalah “bergayut” selama mungkin. Do it every day till 1 day before challenge(percayalah cakap I uolls because I did skip this thing lepas tu menyesal tak latih) . But somehow, If you are wall climber dengan badminton/squash/tennis player person . You upper body mesti strong. Macam my friends dia tak payah masuk gym bagai macam I ni. He just playing badminton (memang wakil daerah pun mamat ni , badan fit gila—should be no problem because he have strong grip)

3. For beginner , I advise your training memang kena little bit hardcore. Jangan compare dengan orang yang pernah masuk Viper. Maklumlah dorang ada experience sendiri. Between training workout- advisable korang kena turunkan berat selagi boleh( bagi memudahkan korang memanjat dengan senang). To know whether you capable or not. Cuba buat workout ni :


Or you can do it workout yang mengunakan berat badan you example pullouts, bumping etc. (Please research by yourself what kind of routine yang sesuai). So kalau workout atas ni tak lepas. That’s mean you lower body pun memang out gila.


4. Determine you weakness areas and improve it. For me… my lower and upper memang sangatlah jahanam. So my teammate yang training I tu, memang mengucap astafiruallahalazim banyak-banyak. So 50 days for beginner like me. Memang tak sempat nak improve lower and upper. But sebab ada #yakin boleh spirit. Memang redah je. What I do for my first Viper . I improve a lot for my lower body compare to upper body


6. Diet memang sangat memainkan peranan penting for your stamina. From  day one till end day of viper training. I keep discipline eating clean food. Diet clean food adalah susah compare to others diet because in your food there are no salt, no oil ( except olive oil) & no sugar.  You need to carefully do your own research because every type of body have different type of diet.  I’m indulgence myself with comfort food only one cheat day every week.

7. The day before viper challenge , you should have carbo and protein loading. Carbo loading my tak expert. What I know, kalo event petang. Uolls punya carbo loading mesti around breakfast. Kalau pagi, night before event is your carbo loading.


8. Jangan terlebih makan dan terlebih minum semasa Viper day. Sebab nanti nak terkencit dengan berak. Celah mana uolls? To be frankly hakak nak berak ok masa tu. Nasib baik viper arena. Bukan Viper challenge yang masuk hutan tu. Sebab arena mesti ada tandas sebab dalam stadium. Tapi terkencitla nak cari tandas dalam tu .






During Viper Challenge :


1. Sebenarnya persediaan barang-barang penting before viper challenge. This is checklist that you need to recheck before you go to viper:

a) Glove – you may use the cheaper glove. Contoh yang beli dekat untuk kebun dan potong bahagian part jari, but sincerely I would suggest better you buy yang glove ada grip.

b) proper shoes – advisable Trail shoes. You need something to grip and light. Hiking shoes can be consider.

c) proper pants – jangan yang nipis dan jangan yang labuh. Kalau boleh ketat sikit. So senang nak panjat and support from your teammate. So kalau siapa sayang kaki…. Please pakai seluar panjang ye. Kalau tak berbirat badan

d) energy bar/ food yang kecil dan simple ( jenis boleh simpan dalam poket)

2. Respect and humble to each other’s.  During that time kita akan berjumpa bermacam-macam orang.

3. Help each other’s – Be attentive and alert. Walaupun kita bergerak berkumpulan Tak semestinya kita kena tolong group kita. Atau tak semestinya kita tolong kaum kita je. With extra hand we will get this thing through together. Example I see my group help another group team. So ada satu part obstacle tu, masa tu my team member dekat belakang , since I consider the slow one. Dorang support untuk panjat dan gerak dulu.

Surprising group yang dorang tolong tadi helping me. Sebab dorang tengok aku sorang kat situ. Sweetnya, sekali dia baling kau, terus tercampak ke atas obstacle tu( obstacle to lebih kurang 2 kali ganda tinggi aku ).


4. Have fun J and enjoy every obstacle. Don’t panic. If you can’t do it leave it. But try first then you know what’s your limit.


5. I’m not encourage people to bring their phone. Unless your device is protected enough bolehlah kot. So far only apple have equipment yang anti pecah, anti gegar, kalis etc. Advisable you bring action camera/Gopro. Ha… yang tu ok.

















After Viper Challenge :


1. Have proper rest. Sakit badan oit. Lembam sana sini.

2. Eat recover food or have a good cheat day

3. banyakkan makan protein dan sayur berdaun hijau untuk muscle sore

4.Sebelum tidur lepas viper challenge . Jangan lupa makan Panadol yang sakit sendi
